Just randomly checked how the page was doing given na I don't post too much and tahimik yung page for the past 3 months and look what I found! 👀

Still grateful that we are having social engagements pa din kahit na medyo nawala tayo ng slight. I appreciate all the personal messages at hinahanap na ang chocolate cake, cookies, and cheesecakes natin. Hehehe! Still waiting na maging okay na dito sa bahay so we could go back to baking na! Miss ko na din kayo! Miss ko na mapuyat. 🤣 Sana mahintay niyo ako. 🤗

Remind ko na din to take extra precautions lalo sa panahon ngayon. Ingat po and God bless po sa lahat! ❤✨

Heyyy! Been MIA for the past months kasi medyo madaming ganap sa personal life. A lot of transition and adjustments po HEHE. As much as I want to bake for you this Christmas and New Year, I can't accomodate a lot of orders for now kasi may ongoing construction pa sa house namin but I did bake for some the past months!

MB's Signature Baked Cheesecake Pans earlier!

Of all the pastries that I'm making, baked cheesecake is my favorite. I like how festive it is in terms of color, how smooth yung texture, and how the fruit toppings blend with the richness of the cheesecake itself.

Mahirap 'to gawin -- you have to be very careful not overmixing the cheesecake batter kasi may tendency na magcurdle and totally mag-iba yung texture - definitely a no-no; you have to really really watch the temperature and timing kasi pag napasobra ng konti yung temp and baking time, baka maoverbake and worst, magcrack yung cheesecake - that happened to me last weekend. Anong nangyari sa reject? Syempre, niconsume pa din namin. Sayang e! 😅

You have to be very delicate in making this. Mahirap pero sulit. Dapat patient ka and wag magmadali. 😊 Maybe, this is how God is also teaching me not to rush things - especially in settling and making decisions.

Lahat ng naexperience ko the past few months has been very tough and it's full of waiting. I am still waiting pero may prayers na answered na. 🤗🙏🏼 I couldn't ask for more kasi yung expectations ko, hinigitan pa Niya. ❤

Ano nga ba yung punto ko sa post na 'to, edi bumili kayo ng cheesecake kasi mahirap gawin. Hehehehe. Joke lang! Pero kung umabot ka man sa part na 'to, pakiheart yung post ko. 😂 Joke lang ulit!

Kung umabot ka sa part na 'to, I just want to remind you that no matter what season you're in at this point, know that your prayers will be answered according to His Will. Mahirap tahakin yung buhay na wala sa presensya Niya and malayo sa Kanya. Nakakabato maghintay kasi hindi ka sure kung may darating ba talaga o wala pero dun papasok yung trust mo sa Kanya. 🙂 Lahat may reason. We may not understand it now pero darating din yung time na everything na nangyari sa'yo will make sense pala.
