My own version of Burger Steak ala Jollibee...

Ingredients:
1.) 12 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Patties
2.) 2 Tbsp Flour
3.) 250g Knorr Cream of Mushroom Powder (for Soup)
4.) 2 Tbsp Minced Onion
5) 1 pc. Beef Cube
6) 4 Mugs of water
7.) Cooking Oil

Procedure:
1.) Dissolve 2 tbsp of flour in 1 mug of water and Cream of mushroom powder. Set aside.
2.) In a pan with medium heat, add cooking oil and Fry all the patties.
3.) Saute onions on a separate pot in low fire ( using 2 Tbsp oil used for frying the patties.)
4.) Pour the water-flour and Cream of mushrooms mixture in the pot while continuing mixing on it.
5.) Add beef cubes until dissolved. If too salty for you just add
a bit of water (gradually) until it satisfy your taste.
6.) Simmer until mixture thickens.
7.) Pour the sauce over the fried patties.
8.) Serve with white rice.
