Our vision started to culminate since our partnership was formed, between CJ's Bristo owners and the pizza masterchef himself, "Daddy V.". Acquiring nearly a decade of culinary excellence, Daddy V. is very keen with his work and highly passionate in making the best tasting pizzas that are unique and incomparable from anywhere else! Thanks to his extensive experience abroad, he's now firm in imparting his art, skills, knowledge and secret recipes for all pizza enthusiasts!
With tens of thousands of handmade pizzas under his credentials, under some of the world's most reputable and globally known pizza franchises such as Domino's, Little Caesars, Sbarro and Dominick's... we're highly confident that You will embrace and love our menus!
By entrusting Chef Daddy V. to be in charge of our bistro kitchen, along with our friendly staff members and it's very kind owners, CJ's Café Bristo guarantees that we will only serve with marketfresh, organic products that are made with the finest qualities, imported ingredients from around the world.
