History of the Name.....
Unclad - means "uncovered",
Started with the aim to make "naked cakes". With only the crumb-coated cakes(barely coated with frosting and not the fancy icings).
Then, the baker found out that there is already a store making the naked cakes so, she searched for other similar terms and tadaaaaaaa... "unclad" came out.
With the bakers motto, "simplicity is beauty", the goods are baked and covered only with chocolate frosting. (Because the baker is a chocoholic [dark chocolate lover] 😁😊🤗).
The first baked food in this kitchen is the banana cake (banana bread molded in a cake molder) and the cupcakes.
Then, the baker, tried the chocolate moist cake.
Then the brownies, the cookies, the macaroons, other cakes, and the dream cake.
All the recipes are not the original ones copied from books and internet. Because the baker makes adjustments and has add-ons in every practice she did. Until she gets the right recipe, the affordable recipe, the delicious recipe for everybody to try on.
Every baked goods here started with the purpose of "I want to eat my favorite foods and let my family have a taste of these." It's a driving force to keep baking....
