Hiring: Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator
I’m currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help me with executive support and day-to-day business operations across my ventures.
This role is ideal for someone who can help keep things organized, coordinate moving parts, manage follow-ups, and support a fast-paced founder in both admin and operations tasks.
Single female and preferably within NCR or South Luzon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and reminders
• Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and team members
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Assist with documents, presentations, and reports
• Help support day-to-day operations and team coordination
• Assist with campaign, content, and project coordination
• Help maintain systems and keep workflows organized
• Handle light personal assistance tasks when needed
What I’m Looking For:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and dependable
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Notion and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Has relevant experience in executive assistance, admin support, operations support, or project coordination
• Can stay on top of tasks, follow through, and help things move efficiently
