A meaningful first milestone for Amitié 🥹

We’re incredibly grateful to have successfully completed our first matcha pop-up event, serving 50 cups in less than an hour. More than the numbers, we’re especially thankful for the wonderful feedback and kind words we received throughout the event.

A sincere thank you to Ms. Katherine Catacutan for trusting Amitié and giving us the opportunity to be part of her sister’s 18th birthday celebration. We truly appreciate you giving us a chance even as we’re just beginning our matcha journey.

This experience has given us even more inspiration and confidence to continue growing, improving, and creating better experiences with every cup 🥰

Here’s to more events and more milestones for us! 🍵✨

I just wanted to share a heartbreaking moment from our little pop-up matcha bar 🥺

Since my very first day selling at the Tarlac Capitol, I had a customer who truly loved our iced matcha. She was always there for her favorite drink. I honestly can’t remember a single day she missed and always greeted us with the sweetest smile and kind words.

Yesterday, I learned she had been asking when i’d be back. She even went out hoping to find a matcha to drink. After returning to her office, she sadly passed away.

Today, one of her colleagues came by and bought her favorite drink as an offering in her memory. It broke my heart knowing I never got to serve her one last cup 😔

Rest in peace beautiful soul, My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones 🤍
