This year, I found myself creating a bridal shower cake for myself. And it made me pause for a moment.

More than 10 years ago, I started baking simply because I loved it. I never imagined it would grow into something that would allow me to witness so many chapters of people’s lives—from birthdays and anniversaries to baptismal and dream weddings.

Grateful for every order, every celebration, and every opportunity to create something meaningful with my own two hands.

One of the most rewarding parts of hosting workshops is seeing each participant’s personality come to life through their work. No two cakes were the same, and that’s exactly what made them beautiful.

Ten years ago, The Better Batter PH started with a simple love for baking. We never imagined that a decade later, we’d be surrounded by a community of people excited to learn, create, and share the same passion.

Yesterday wasn’t just about decorating cakes—it was about sharing techniques, building confidence, answering questions, and creating a space where everyone could explore their creativity.

For over 10 years, The Better Batter PH has been part of birthdays, celebrations, milestones, and countless sweet memories. Being able to pass on a little bit of that experience to fellow baking enthusiasts is something we never take for granted.
