Chocolate Chip Cookies
300g unsalted butter, soft
150g brownsugar
150g sugar
3g salt
10g vanilla extract
150g eggs
300g all purpose flour
180g pastry flour
10g cornstarch
8g baking powder
450g chocolate chips
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 375*F
2. Cream the butter, sugars, & salt until light & fluffy
3. Scrape down bowl at least twice to incorporate the products together.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mix well after its addition, scrape down bowl. Add vanilla.
5. Sift flour, cornstarch& baking powder. Add it to egg mixture very quick about 10 to 15 seconds.
6. Add chocolate chips & mix until blended.
7. Scoop batter to desired amount put on the tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Cool on tray
