One month. š¤
Itās hard to believe that itās only been a month since we opened our little tambayan.
This first month wasnāt perfectāand maybe thatās what made it beautiful.
We experienced rainy days, unexpected challenges, long days, and so many lessons we never couldāve learned if we had waited for everything to be āperfect.ā We discovered what works, what doesnāt, and more importantly, we uncovered so many opportunities to make The Coffee by Sobie even better for all of you.
Every cup we served taught us something.
Every conversation reminded us why we started.
Every feedback, every suggestion, every kind word became part of our journey.
And then there were youāour tambays.
You came from different places, some from nearby barangays, others drove from Cavite, Laguna, and beyond just to spend an afternoon with us. You laughed, prayed together, celebrated birthdays, brought your families, introduced us to your friends, worked on your laptops, played board games, watched the sunset, and simply made this little cafƩ feel like home.
What started as just a dream slowly became a place filled with stories.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing usāeven on days when we were still figuring things out.
As we celebrate our first month, weāre also choosing to pause.
Not because weāre done growingābut because weāre just getting started.
Weāll be taking this week to improve our space, fix the little things we discovered along the way, and create an even better experience for every tambay who walks through our doors.
Weāll miss your kwentuhan, your laughter, your coffee orders, and seeing familiar faces every day.
Weāll be back on August 9, refreshed, improved, and even more excited to serve you.
This is only Chapter One.
