To better serve all our guests and ensure fair accommodation, we kindly inform you of the following policy:

*For reservations of more than 5 persons during our late afternoon and dinner time eat-all-you-can service, we will require a downpayment upon booking.

*This measure has been put in place due to instances where large groups reserved slots but did not show up, which prevents us from accommodating other guests and from adding proper refills to our buffet table, resulting in unnecessary food waste if not consumed.

*The downpayment will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your reservation.

*In case of cancellation, we request that you inform us at least 3 hours in advance so we may accommodate other customers.

*Please note: Downpayments are strictly non-refundable for No Show customers.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us reduce food waste, maintain smooth operations, and provide a great dining experience for all our valued customers.
