Our Story

Hadei's Fine Dairies started in 2015. It is a micro-enterprise that started with the production of fresh cheese and Greek-style yogurt and soon ventured into yogurt ice cream production. Our manufacturing site is located in the Palm City of the Philippines, Tagum City. We produce homemade yogurt ice cream and it is not just your typical frozen yogurt but is made with both homemade yogurt and our own ice cream base. We also stay away from additional artificial flavoring and coloring, thus, making our yogurt ice cream somehow an all-natural product. Our best-selling flavor is the Black Soul (activated carbon with almonds) and our most recent flavor is Cacao Tea with Nibs coated in coconut sugar.

Diabetes is a growing concern to Filipinos and our government knows this too well. Still we all love our ice cream. Hadei’s started making yogurt ice cream using just the regular table sugar but I love our ice cream so much that it started to threaten my health, most specifically, my sugar level. We are yet to introduce our newest product which is yogurt ice cream sweetened with Stevia and with okra as one of its stabilizers. This will open such a huge market for us because there's already a growing number of diabetics in the country. With the current population now over 100 million, we should have more than 5 million diagnosed diabetics in addition to the 3.9 million when the population was just 65 million.

Stevia is a great sugar substitute because it has no calories. There are known Stevia farms in Bulacan and Aklan securing our supplies for the said venture.

Okra, or lady’s fingers, has long been favored as a food for the health-conscious. It’s low in calories and has high dietary fiber content. It has been suggested to help manage blood sugar in cases of type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes.
