Together with their families, they started an Indian restaurant that would feed, host and become the favorite Indian restaurant in Manila for decades to come. Forty five years after its founding, the legacy of Kashmir lives on. Now under new management, Kashmir positions itself for the next decade with a new flagship in BGC, Taguig, in Metro Manila. Two years ago we left One Bonifacio High Street. We’ve been cooking, growing, plotting our return. Now Kashmir is back in BGC — street level at The Montane, 8th Avenue, right across the Grand Hyatt.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Our tandoor oven almost became a permanent parking lot installation when the trolley snapped in half. But the Montane guards stood watch over it like it was treasure — because it is. We said thank you the only way we know: fresh butter garlic naan, straight off the oven. 🫓
