Our takoyaki is made up of diced octopus (tako), cabbage, pickled ginger (Beni Shoga), green onion and a special batter which creates a "melts-in-your-mouth" kind of taste. Our Takoyaki comes in 2 variations: Takoyaki (Regular) which is topped with Okonomiyaki Sauce, green laver (Aonori), and dried bonito (Katsuoboshi); and Takomayo which is topped with the same ingredients together with a special Japanese Mayonnaise.
