Our restaurant is a casual dining restaurant with French-Italian dishes. We plan to use a conventional food service system because our valued customers deserve food that is freshly prepared and cooked. We also plan to use a table service system so that our diners will not have to stand up to get their food. Instead, their food will be served to them by our trained staff. We see our restaurant as a place where people could go to meet up and talk. We also have an open kitchen so that our customers could see their food being cooked to their liking. We believe that Balto-Catchi has a lot of potential to succeed and we also believe that we can sell our products at a price that will give us a respectable amount of profit due to the high quality of food that we sell.
