Due to our repeated attempts to communicate with the concerned party without receiving any response, we were compelled to publicly disclose the identity of Ms. Lovella D Barros for her failure to fulfill her financial obligation to us.
This posting was agreed upon by Ms. Barros prior to the release of the loan and is included in our terms and conditions. This notice is issued for public awareness purposes only to prevent similar incidents who will borrow money but not pay it back
We are currently in the process of filing a Small Claims case.
