Granville San Juan

Today’s TAIL is about a cafe concealed in a quiet street in San Juan. Granville is an aesthetic and pet-friendly cafe, all sorts of cozy with its wooden and brick walls, bright-colored furniture, and the warm lighting that fills the space as the night falls. It also has a chic stadium-style seating as their communal area. You can also opt for al fresco dining as they have a decent area that leads to a wide-open space beneath warm lights.

This cafe serves good coffee, kombucha, fruity fizzy drinks, wine, and beers. Aside from these drinks, they also serve good food! I personally liked their Sea Urchin pasta (noodles are freshly made by their chefs) and the Truffle Potato Wedges. You don’t have to worry if you’re gonna bring the furbabies with you as they have puppy treat on their menu - a Pawpuccino (whipped cream with a dash of cinnamon). You might wanna check out the art/paper shop beside the cafe.

Traveling all this way to the eastern border of Metro Mnl was not a CAT-astrophe!

Get your caffeine fix in this Marikina street-side slow bar coffee shop where your coffee is brewed fresh to order. This slow bar is a place to explore your passion for coffee and deepen your sense of discovery. They have set out to make coffee tasting an intriguing and dignified experience.

"We filter COFFEE and bring unfiltered EXPERIENCE", Reso said.

A biker-friendly cafe! They also have al fresco dining option where you can sit down, relax and have a chat with the fellow bikers.
Watch out for their events too! They conduct bar take overs by other baristas/coffee shops in the metro.

ITO KISH CAFÉ ☕️

Today’s TAIL is about a cafe hidden in the busy streets of Makati.

This aesthetic cafe is stationed inside a furniture store (owned by the interior and furniture designer ITO KISH) where you can enjoy refined coffee under the trees. 🌱🍃

Loc: 1120 JP Rizal Avenue, Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City

Landmark: dark brown-reddish gate right after the Shell station on the left if you are coming from Rockwell, which is just about 500 meters away. Once you see Shell, slow down and make a left signal to the gate, HONK! And the door will open. If asked, say you are going to ITO KISH.

Operating hours: open Thursdays to Sundays, 10am-6pm. Starting Feb, cafe will be open Friday to Sunday 10am to 7pm only.
