September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💛

Sometimes, you may not know how much someone is carrying behind the smile, the work, or the “I’m okay.”

This month, let’s remind ourselves that reaching out matters. A simple “How are you really doing?” can open a conversation, and sometimes, being willing to listen can make someone feel less alone.

If you’re struggling, you do not have to carry it by yourself. You deserve support, and it is okay to ask for help.
