If you have a pending refund from our 30th Celebrations allocation, you may use the refund amount toward your [ME06] Delta Reign pre-order instead.

Please be advised that we will be closing our Delta Reign pre-orders today, September 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM, instead of the previously announced deadline of September 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Due to the incredibly large volume of pre-orders we’ve received, we’ve decided to close the pre-order earlier than planned so we can properly process and fulfill all orders.

‼️ ALLOCATION UPDATE — POKÉMON TCG 30TH CELEBRATION ‼️
Trainers, the allocation process for the Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration products has now been finalized.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support as we carefully reviewed all pre-orders and completed the allocation computations to ensure the fairest and most transparent distribution possible.

📊 ALLOCATION SUMMARY
The allocation report above shows the total quantity ordered, distributor allocation percentage, total allocation, customer allocation, unallocated units, rounding adjustments, raffle quantity, and shipping percentage for each product.

All customer allocations were computed based on the distributor’s final allocation and our established allocation process.

🎉 REMAINING / RAFFLE UNITS
The remaining units listed for raffle will be raffled among customers who placed a pre-order for the corresponding product, giving eligible customers an additional chance to purchase an available unit.

📦 SPLIT SHIPPING POLICY — FROM DISTRIBUTOR
For products marked with “50%” shipping:
• Delivery will be split into two batches. Batch 1 is expected to arrive on September 16, 2026. Batch 2 delivery is still TBA.

• 50% of the total quantity will be distributed upon Batch 1 arrival. The remaining half will follow with Batch 2.

• Rounding-up adjustments will be fulfilled in Batch 2 to ensure fair distribution for customers with initial unit allocations.

🎟️ RAFFLE
• The raffle for products marked with “50%” shipping will take place during Batch 1.

• Raffle prize fulfillment will take place once Batch 2 arrives.

📩 CUSTOMER UPDATES
We will contact everyone individually regarding their allocation status and any applicable refunds.

Once the units have arrived and your order has been packed, we will send you another message to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up or shipment, along with any relevant shipping details.
