"Their smaller branch which also served as an intimate events place. We seated at the gazebo and fortunately it isn’t hot even on a midday. There’s a buzzer to call the servers. We ordered bulalo, tawilis, sisig and rice. Serving is generous and all of them tasted very delicious. Loumar’s is among my top 3 best restaurants in Tagaytay regardless of branch as food quality is consistent. Pricing is reasonable too. Parking is available but limited." -RS
