Four years ago, classic chocolate chip cookies was the very first product we made, using a recipe thatโ€™s still the same today. Since then, weโ€™ve grown from a small cookie dream into the cafe we are now.

So much has changed, but this recipe remains a little piece of where it all began.๐ŸคŽ

Last week, a customer complain and instagram post reached us. We are sharing the CCTV footage to show what truly happened.

We always do our best to satisfy our customers and welcome honest feedback. ๐“๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐›๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž, ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฐ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ข๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž, that's why we do not get affected if some customers doesnt like our menu.

However, calling us a โ€œscamโ€ goes beyond a fair review, especially when stories are exaggerated or made up.
