At Cocina Juan Luna, we take pride in serving quality meals at affordable prices to ensure customers' satisfaction. Unfortunately, there has been an isolated incident which has caught our utmost attention. Upon thourough review, we have narrowed the cause to a negligent employee who has failed to comply with our strict and stringent process of quality control for our products.
As a testament to our strive for perfection, we have taken steps to ensure that such incident would no longer happen by tightening our controls to guarantee compliance of food preparation procedures we have laid out since we started operations. This shall continue our assurance of providing perfect quality products and impeccable service to our patrons.
