A Commemorative Art Exhibit annually held by Kolor Banwa (Kolor han Biswal Arte nga Waraynon) to remember supertyphoon Yolanda that rampaged our beloved city 7 years ago. The exhibit tells a story of how we as Taclobanons have risen up from the disaster year after year.
