WOW HIGH DEFINITION TV IN BUSCALAN
At first glance, it looks like a giant flatscreen TV mounted inside the kitchen. The colors are vibrant, the mountains are crystal clear, and the view seems almost too perfect to be real.
But look again.
That isn't a television, it's an open window.
Framing the breathtaking mountains of Barangay Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga, the window creates an illusion that has amazed thousands online. The scenery is so vivid that many people initially mistake it for a high-definition TV screen before realizing they're actually looking at nature in its purest form.
The photo was shared by a content creator Jhojo Falguera who stayed at a homestay in Buscalan, proving that some of the world's most beautiful "screens" don't need electricity, they simply need the perfect view.
Buscalan is internationally known as the home of the legendary traditional tattoo artist Apo Whang-od, the last and oldest master mambabatok of her generation. Every year, thousands of visitors from the Philippines and around the world make the journey to the mountain village not only to receive a traditional hand-tapped tattoo but also to experience its rich culture, spectacular landscapes, and peaceful way of life.
Perhaps that's the real beauty of Buscalan. Long before high-definition televisions existed, nature had already created a view that no screen could ever truly match.
