Young ones in the Philippines add "po" in there sentences whenever they talk to elders. The owner of the cafe has a two year old niece (who is now a 12-year old) who cannot pronounce opo fluently before whenever she talk to the owner. long then, she named the owner as "Popo" where until now all his nieces, nephews and grand children still call him "Popo" - the name of the restaurant. Restaurant is located in the heart of the Province of Kalinga - Tabuk City. In the city where numerous number of business establishments grow like mushrooms. and Popo's also see itself one of those establishments based on customer feedback. In it's one week operation, Popo's is now known in the place as the most generous food place in town. Because they serve MUCH but costs you LESS. In short, ALL IS WORTH IT!!!. Plus a bonus of well ventilated, clean and cozy ambiance featured in one of the oldest houses in Tabuk City, Kalinga.
