To our valued customers,
Please be informed that starting March 17, 2026. BicolXpress Courier & Services will implement a ₱10.00 increase in our standard delivery fee. This adjustment is necessary due to the continuous rise in fuel prices and other operational costs.
This small adjustment will allow us to continue providing fast, reliable, and safe delivery services while supporting the daily operations and welfare of our riders.
🚚 Delivery Fee Policy Update
• A ₱10 increase will be applied to the standard delivery fee.
• No additional charge will be applied for succeeding kilometers within the regular delivery coverage.
• Deliveries considered as Long Ride will be assessed separately, and the final delivery fee will be determined by our Customer Service Representative (CSR) based on the distance and location.
