Congratulations to the Silay Slayers — Damgo’s Totchie and Kim, together with Tipon’s Roselle — for earning 1st Runner-Up at the 2026 negrosoccidentalcoffeefiesta Signature Beverage Competition! ☕️✨

They crafted beverages that were simple yet distinctive in flavor, using local ingredients such as banana, guyabano, and marang, while allowing the character of our local coffee to shine through.

Behind every cup was hard work, creativity, and a deep understanding of how flavors come together — a true symphony of flavors that ultimately paid off.

More than the award, we are proud of how they represented Silay and our local ingredients on the competition stage. They handled the pressure with such grace and composure, trusting in their craft and in each other every step of the way. We couldn’t be prouder.

On behalf of Damgo, Tipon, and the rest of our coffee community, congratulations, Totchie, Kim, and Roselle! We are incredibly proud of you. 💖💖💖
