‼️RULES AND REGULATIONS
❤️Welcome! To ensure everyone has a peaceful and enjoyable stay, please observe the following rules:
🚯Clean As You Go (CLAYGO): Please be mindful of your garbage and dispose of it properly in designated bins.
💌Reservations: We prioritize confirmed reservations for overnight stays and camping over walk-in guests.
Reservation fee is non-refundable if cancelled a day before or on the day of your booking.
🔇 Noise Levels:
* No large speakers are permitted.
* A strict curfew is implemented from 10:00 PM onwards. Please refrain from yelling or shouting after this time.
🏕️Respect Nature & Others: Let's enjoy the natural surroundings and precious time with loved ones by being considerate of other guests.
🔥Bonfires: Bonfires are only allowed in designated areas. Please do not set bonfires anywhere else on the property.
🏊Pool Rules:
* Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.
* Night swimming is strictly until 8:30 PM only.
* Eating or bringing food and drinks near or on the pool area is prohibited.
🥘🥤Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are allowed, but not inside the Cafe. You will be required to secure a table or cottage if you wish to consume them.
👜Personal Belongings: Please attend to your own belongings at all times. The resort is not liable for any loss or damage.
⌚House Overnight Stays:
* Check-in time is 02:00 PM-04:00 PM.
* Check-out time is 10:00-12:00 NOON.
🔕Quiet Hours: Please maintain a peaceful ambiance throughout the resort, especially during designated quiet hours.
☺️Safety: For your safety, please adhere to all posted signage and instructions from resort staff.
🪴Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to resort property caused by their negligence or misuse.
