The journey of over a thousand ensaymadas and cheeserolls, dozens of cakes to bake, countless whips of buttercream, tower of boxes piled up waiting to be filled…not to mention…the chaos inside our hot kitchen operating simultaneously this holiday season, indeed, tested all your patience, perseverance and hardwork. Your laughters even after a very tiring day, kept my energy. The work of our own hands and body maybe limited but we gracefully accomplished every single list on our december board. Thank you team!!! Declaring a well rested mind and body to enjoy tonight’s noche buena and christmas day with family 🙏🎄… God Bless each one of you…’Til our next chapter Arlene's Diner & Bakeshop … Merry Christmas Everyone🎄🎄
