Kojiro Ojiisan Foodhouse Home of the original bite-sized Koroke and Nabe Yaki Ramen KOJIRO OJIISAN FOOD HOUSE is a hole-in-the-wall local Japanese restaurant in Silang, Cavite.

It was established in 2004 by a Japanese home chef named Seigo "KOJIRO" Sasaki. We specialize in a fusion of Japanese soulful cuisine and is the home of the original "Koroke" and the unbeatable sizzling hot "Nabe Yaki Ramen" to name a few of our famous dishes. Korokke (コロッケ) is a Japanese deep fried dish originally related to a French dish, the croquette. Made out of mashed potatoes and meat, it is truly a healthy snack for you and your kids! While Nabe Yaki Ramen is a dish originated from Susaki city, Kochi prefecture, Japan. The Ramen is served boiling in a claypot to keep it warm while you indulge in its savory flavor of shoyu-tonkotsu broth. It truly is a one-of-a-kind experience!
