To our Santiago City / Isabela community,

​This coming month would have marked exactly three years since we first opened our doors in August 23, 2023. Looking back at those early days at Arellano St. in Dubinan East, Santiago City, we only had a 6-table setup and a lot of optimism. We saw entrepreneurship as an opportunity rather than a risk. Yet, behind the scenes, we constantly asked ourselves: How do we survive and grow against bigger, more established competitors?

​The answer came the day we posted our first "Unlimited ₱149" promo 2 weeks after our opening. Within an hour, it went viral. The support was so overwhelming that the lines outside our small shop never seemed to end. Because of your enthusiasm, we took the leap, rented a bigger space, and turned a simple idea into a massive operation.

​Over the years, we fought incredibly hard to protect that affordable price tag. We took every necessary step to lower our overhead so we wouldn't have to pass the cost to you. We invested heavily in our own water station, industrial ice machines, and commercial equipment. We even transitioned to solar power to cut electrical bills and help the environment—all to keep our prices as low as possible.

​However, the economic reality of 2026 has been undeniably tough. Inflation has made daily living difficult for everyone, which has naturally slowed down traffic. At the same time, the industry pressure to remain a "budget" option is pushing against the quality we want to provide. We refuse to compromise the food and experience you deserve just to stay cheap. Because of this, management has made the difficult but necessary decision to call it off for now. July 15 will be our final day of operations.

​To the hundreds of customers who have continuously patronized us right up until today: we are profoundly sorry, and we cannot thank you enough. We are stepping back to rethink how to deliver high-quality dining without losing the value you love.

​We hope that when we re-introduce our brand, you will share the exact same enthusiasm you gave us back in August 2023. We look forward to serving you again someday, with the best quality and the best deal.
