This blend brings together two distinct origins to create a cup that is both familiar and expressive. The Costa Rica component delivers a clean brown sugar sweetness, complemented by yellow fruit notes and a gentle nutty finish.
Layered with Bukidnon Excelsa, known for its bold and exotic character, the cup gains a unique complexity of langka and sweetened banana, adding depth and a distinctly local identity.
Together, these profiles create a cup reminiscent of turon -- warm, nostalgic, and indulgent, yet refined in structure. ๐โจ
Both components are carefully selected and processed to highlight their individual strengths. The Costa Rica lot from CoopeAgri Farms (Caturra & Catuai, Fully-Washed) offers clarity and balance, while the Fructifero Farms Excelsa (Dry-Natural) from Bukidnon contributes body and expressive fruit character.
