We would like to formally inform everyone that Mang Kabsa will temporarily stop accepting online orders starting today.
This decision was not easy for us. Over the past weeks, we have experienced high order volumes and operational challenges that have affected our preparation time and overall service quality. As much as we want to accommodate all online requests, we want to make sure that every kabsa meal served maintains the authentic taste, freshness, and quality that Mang Kabsa is known for.
Instead of compromising the quality of our food and service, we have decided to temporarily remove our direct online ordering system while we improve our kitchen workflow, staffing adjustments, and order management process.
👉 For customers who prefer delivery, please note that we are currently processing our GrabFood application so we can serve you better through a more organized and efficient platform. While this is on process, you may book your own rider. We will announce once our Grab online ordering is officially available.
