☕ BARISTA
Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee and beverages (espresso-based, non-coffee drinks)
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment
• Take and serve customer orders
• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink
Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate
• Experience or Certificate as a barista
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Willing to work night shift
🍳 Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook café menu items
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
• Manage prep work and kitchen organization
Qualifications:
• Experience in café or short-order cooking
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Can handle pressure during peak hours
• Willing to work night shift
💰 CASHIER/MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer orders and payments (cash, GCash, card, etc.)
• Operate POS system accurately and manage daily sales reports
• Oversee daily operations during shift (staff, service flow, customer experience)
• Supervise barista and kitchen coordination
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory (stocks, supplies) and report shortages
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are followed
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate (college level is a plus)
• With experience in cashiering and/or supervisory role (café/restaurant preferred)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Can multitask and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and daily sales reporting
• Willing to work night shift
