💜 1. Ube Cake
Ingredients
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1½ cups sugar
* ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup ube halaya (purple yam)
* 4 large eggs
* 1 cup evaporated milk
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ¼ tsp salt
Procedure
* Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
* Grease and line two round cake pans.
* Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
* Beat sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
* Add ube halaya, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract.
* Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
* Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
* Bake for 25–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
* Cool completely before frosting and assembling the cake.
🍮 2. Leche Flan Cake
Ingredients
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup sugar
* ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
* 4 large eggs
* 1 cup evaporated milk
* ½ cup condensed milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ¼ tsp salt
* Leche flan for topping
Procedure
* Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
* Grease and line a round cake pan.
* Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
* Beat sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
* Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
* Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.

Ingredients
* 2 cups rice flour
* ½ cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup coconut milk
* ½ cup evaporated milk
* ½ cup melted butter
* 4 large eggs
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* Salted egg for topping
* Cheese for topping
* Grated coconut for topping
Procedure
* Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
* Line a cake pan with banana leaves and lightly grease them.
* Combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
* Whisk coconut milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, and eggs separately.
* Gradually combine the wet and dry mixtures.
* Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
* Arrange sliced salted egg and cheese on top.
* Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.

* Whipped cream and mango for frosting

* Coconut cream for topping
* Toasted corn for topping
Procedure

* Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
* Beat sugar, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
* Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk.
* Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

* Cool completely and cover with coconut cream.

🌈 6. Sapin-Sapin Cake
Ingredients
* 2 cups glutinous rice flour
* ½ cup rice flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 cups coconut milk
* ½ cup evaporated milk
* ¼ tsp salt
* ½ tsp lye water or ube flavor
* Purple, yellow, and white food colors
* Latik for topping
Procedure
* Combine glutinous rice flour, rice flour, sugar, and salt.
* Gradually add coconut milk and evaporated milk.
* Mix until the batter is smooth.
* Divide the batter evenly into three portions.
* Color one portion purple, one yellow, and leave one white.
* Add ube flavor to the purple layer if desired.
* Pour the first layer into a greased steaming pan and steam until set.
* Add the second layer and steam again until firm.
* Pour in the final layer and steam until completely cooked.
* Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
* Top with latik, slice, and serve.
