CEZA entrusted us with the plated morning snack service for a strategic discussion with the Philippine Space Agency and local leaders, an important gathering centered on the development of Santa Ana, Cagayan as a potential site for rocket launch operations.

On the table that morning: overflowing coffee, Beef Lasagna, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Garlic Focaccia, and Sandwich Roll-Ups, freshly prepared and individually plated by π“π“›π“žπ“.

There’s something special about serving behind the scenes of conversations that could shape what comes next for Cagayan.
