We are aware of the recent Facebook post regarding a vistor's experience at C CAFE Aningalan, and we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to the person involved. We deeply regret the discomfort caused and acknowledge that our policy should have been communicated with greater courtesy, care, and sensitivity.
For transparency, the group's representative was informed upon arrival of our policy that visitors could enter the cafe area without an entrance fee, provided they ordered food or drinks from the cafe. This policy was introduced after repeated instances of groups visiting only to enjoy the view and take photos without supporting the business.
C CAFE Aningalan is a privately owned food and beverage establishment, not a publicly funded tourist site. Unlike public attractions where free access is subsidized, our operations depend entirely on the support of our customers. Every purchase helps us maintain the property, improve the guest experience, and provide livelihoods for our employees.
Your feedback has reminded us that clearer policies and better communication are essential. To avoid future misunderstandings, we will now be implementing a ₱50 entrance fee per person, fully deductible from each individual's food or beverage purchase of ₱50 or more. We believe this will provide a clearer and fairer experience for all visitors while continuing to welcome everyone to enjoy the beauty of Aningalan.
