🤍 A Heartfelt Appeal from C**A Coffee 🤍

To our dear customers and supporters,

As a small business, we work hard every single day to serve every customer with honesty and care. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support us.

Today, we'd like to share two experiences that have reminded us how important honesty and integrity truly are.

The first happened yesterday when we discovered that a counterfeit ₱1,000 bill was used as payment at our café. After reviewing our CCTV footage, we were able to identify the transaction. We sincerely hope this was an honest mistake, as counterfeit bills can unknowingly end up in someone's possession.

If you are the customer involved, we kindly ask that you return to C**A Coffee and replace the bill with a genuine one. There will be no judgment—we simply hope you'll choose to make it right.

The second incident happened around October 2025. A customer informed us that they had already transferred ₱5,000++ to our GCash account and said the amount had been deducted from their account. We patiently waited and followed up multiple times, hoping to resolve the matter. However, up to this day, we have still not received the funds or a resolution.

What makes these situations even more heartbreaking is that our cashier/barista on duty is the one who will shoulder the loss if these transactions remain unresolved. Our staff work honestly every day to earn a living, and they should never have to pay for circumstances beyond their control.

This post is not meant to shame or accuse anyone. It is simply a sincere appeal. We still believe that honesty exists, and we hope the people involved will find it in their hearts to make things right.

To everyone who continues to support small businesses with honesty, kindness, and integrity—thank you. Your honesty doesn't just help a business; it helps the hardworking people behind it and the families they support.

May we all continue to choose integrity, even when no one is watching. 🤍
