From Bensa, Sidama, Tamiru Godana is a respected 65-year-old community patriarch and dedicated grower from Gonjobe Village. His 74158 varietal undergoes a crucial 96-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by careful, shaded drying on raised beds for up to three weeks. This disciplined process delivers a lively, vibrant cup. ✨

The result is a lively cup with flavors of strawberry, peach, and tropical fruit. 🍓🍑

From Arbegona, Sidama, Bunta Bua is an energetic young producer behind this exceptional coffee from Rumudamo Village. ✨
