We’ve received multiple reports and noticed changes in taste and inconsistencies in service. After careful investigation, we discovered serious staff misconduct.

One of our staff members was found stealing money, not punching orders, and keeping payments directly in his pocket.
We have gathered solid evidence, including testimonies from fellow staff and customers, confirming these acts.

Testimonies include:

Customers noticing missing receipts or orders not appearing on the POS.
• Staff witnessing direct cash collection without recording in the system.
• Irregularities in sales reports and daily reconciliations.

We’ve taken immediate disciplinary action, and the staff involved no longer works with Sumio Ramen & Café.

Sumio Ramen & Café stands for honesty, quality, and transparency. We deeply value the trust of our loyal customers, and we assure you that we will continue to uphold the standards that built our name.
