Looks like Vietnam? Not quite—just here at Pochi Café! 🇻🇳🤍

As the very first café in San Pascual, we are incredibly grateful to have shared what is hopefully the town’s first international culinary dining experience. It was an honor to introduce a different cuisine and bring a little piece of Vietnam closer to our community.

The Pochi family extends our heartfelt gratitude to our Executive Guest Chef, Chef Lea Legaspi, whose remarkable talent, passion, and warmth truly elevated the evening into a memorable dining experience.

To Chef Max Renecia, our Bread and Pastry Chef and Architect Angela Cierva (chef in the making✨), thank you for stepping into the hot kitchen and showcasing your incredible skill, dedication, and patience throughout the event.

This was more than just a dinner. It was a dream shared with a community that continues to believe in us. Here’s to many more culinary journeys together. ❤️
