Last week we got a 2 star review on Google mainly because we obviously didn't do a good job on explaining the rules on our free Loyalty Card. We where very surprised with that because this was the first time somebody complaint about a free beer since we introduced the Loyalty Card back in January 2025.
So, lets clarify that:
Our Loyalty Card gives you every 6th beer a free glass beer of your choice.
We encourage people to drink our beers from the glass (300 ml), it is a handy amount of beer so it stays fresh and cool.
However, if you prefer, we also offer a Stein or Mug which is 500 ml.
Furthermore, we don't keep track of what and what size you where drinking, so our card just records numbers of beer so you can continue which the same card when you visit us next time.
However, regardless the size you drink, your loyalty bonus is, as stated on the Loyalty Card, a free glass of beer which is 300 ml.

For the once who would like to join our Loyalty Program, we will be back for you all week starting tomorrow. As usual, Wed.-Sat. 2 to 10 pm, Sun. 1 to 9 pm. Just ask your friendly waitress for a card.
