Some weekends turn into coffee marathons.
Three days. One beach bar. Lots of coffee.
Cà phê sữa đá in between.
We spent a few days taking over the bar at , brewing for the guests of and .
Between sound checks, table setups, and sunset views, the phin filters were dripping slowly while iced Vietnamese coffee kept the energy steady. Strong, sweet, and perfect for long celebrations.
And before the reception even began, we passed around a few cups of cà phê sữa đá to the Pannzian staff. Because the people making the magic happen deserve good coffee too.
