We’re excited to host our friend, Chef Steven Chen, at Seva on Jan 31 and Feb 1.

A Filipino–Taiwanese chef, Steven’s roots continue to shape his cooking. After honing his craft in kitchens across Europe, he stepped beyond the traditional restaurant setting to explore a more personal approach—bringing it to life through pop-ups and residencies in Tokyo, Paris, and London.

For this pop-up, Seva and Steven come together to present an 8-dish menu that thoughtfully blends their individual styles. Expect familiar dishes layered with bold yet delicate flavours.
