Dear friends and War Room Denizens. I've been wanting to officially announce this for some time but as you can imagine it's a bit difficult to process this.

The War Room is finally closing after 4 years of serving as a meeting place and watering hole for reenactors, scale modelers, historians, warhammer, star wars, marvel and D&D players and geeks in general.

We have reached a point at which it is no longer practical to remain open. Our last weekend of operations will be Dec 18 and 19. After which we will be transferring the library of donated books and memorabilia to the Philippine WW2 Memorial Foundation. We will leave time beyond closing for people with display items to pick up their kits and displays.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our partners, Hobby Factory, The Yak, Ronald Venturina, War Paint, and Mike Suarez for your support.

I would like to thank our awesome staff. Rap and Pao and their friends who kept the place running.

Many, many thanks to everyone who dropped by and experienced our little slice of hobbyist heaven. I sincerely hope that some like minded entity take up the torch and continue the concept.
