LittleCat Coffee Goes Electric (No, Not the Espresso Machine) ⚡🚲

Big news from your favorite caffeine-fueled corner of the world: we got an e-bike. Yup, LittleCat is now cruising around town on a slick new ride from Mango Electric—because walking is too slow, gas is too expensive, and teleportation still isn’t a thing (tragic, we know).

We’re using it for the real heart of café operations:
🧻 emergency tissue missions
🫘 unexpected bean shortages
🍛 getting lunch from the neighborhood carinderia (because lutong bahay hits different)
🧼 and last-minute "we ran out again??" supply runs

So why go electric?
Because we believe in making choices that are good for the planet, good for our legs, and good for the local community.
By riding with Mango Electric, we’re not just cutting back on carbon—we’re supporting local innovation and craftsmanship, too.

It’s a small move, but it’s the kind of shift that matters. And if we can make sustainability a little more fun (and stylish) along the way, even better.

We’ve been living in our surf town like undercover agents — always around, but somehow missing all the good stuff. So we finally clocked out, put our tourist hats on (figuratively), and went full “Day Off Mode.”

Here’s where the snackventure took us:

1. Kabsat – where the view said “stay forever” and the food said “order more.”

2. Masa by Barefoot – where everything is aesthetic, including our life choices (for once).

3. Lewis House – the kind of spot that makes you whisper “why haven’t we been here sooner??”

4. El Union – aka the espresso-fueled hug we didn’t know we needed.

From origin to roast, each batch is carefully slurped (yes, slurped!) to evaluate aroma, acidity, body, and balance. We’re checking for quality, consistency, and those little spark moments of flavor that make a coffee Littlecat-worthy.
