Not about the fee, very big gate, need to keep everyone safe and avoid chaos with other units.
Just dropping off/pick up? Park briefly in front of the gate, just few steps to house
🐶 Pets
Neighbor’s 3 shih tzus say “no thanks.”
If you must bring one → ₱300/day/pet + diaper + indoor only.
(Tha big gate is a pet escape dream 😬)
