📢 [JOB OPENING] Kitchen Staff / Line Cook (Full-Time)
Good Pastry - Greenhills Branch
We are looking for experienced Kitchen Staff.
We do NOT accept first-time job seekers or those without relevant experience. Please read the instructions carefully.
💰 SALARY & WORK SCHEDULE
• Daily Rate: 695 PHP / Day (Minimum Wage). Negotiable based on experience.
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Must work on Weekends and Holidays).
• Duty Hours: 9-hour duty (8 hours work + 1 hour break).
⏰ ROTATING SHIFT PATTERNS (Military Time)
• Shift A: Starts at 06:00
• Shift B: Starts at 11:00
• Shift C: Starts at 14:00
🗓️ RECRUITMENT TIMELINE
1. Week 1: Resume Submission.
2. Week 2: Strict Screening & Shortlisting.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. If you do not hear from us within 7 days after the screening, please consider other opportunities.
✅ MANDATORY RESUME REQUIREMENTS
Your resume MUST include answers to the following. Incomplete resumes will be automatically REJECTED:
1. Current Address: Precise Barangay and Street.
2. Transportation: Do you own a MOTORCYCLE? (Note: No car parking available).
3. Connectivity: Do you own a working SMARTPHONE for 24/7 contact?
4. Cooking Experience: List types of Pasta and Filipino dishes (e.g., Tocino) you can cook.
5. Reason for Leaving: Why did you leave your previous job?
6. Character References: Provide at least 2 ACTIVE mobile numbers of your previous supervisors. (We will call them immediately after the interview).
7. Availability: Any family responsibilities or schedule limitations that may affect your work?
📄 MANDATORY DOCUMENTS (For Interview Day)
Must bring PHYSICAL/ORIGINAL copies. Photos on phones are NOT accepted. No documents = No interview.
• Valid NBI Clearance (Issued within the last 6 months).
• Government-issued ID.
• Latest Original Utility Bill (Electricity or Water) for address verification.
👨🍳 RECRUITMENT PROCESS (Same Day)
1. Document Verification & Scanning (Originals returned immediately).
2. Face-to-Face Interview.
3. Practical Cooking Test (Choice of Carbonara or Tocino).
4. Immediate Reference Check (Phone call to your previous boss).
🎁 INTERVIEW INCENTIVE
Applicants who complete the Full Process with all Physical Documents will receive:
• 90 PHP (1-hour rate) + Transportation Allowance (Based on your location).
