๐ POSITION: Admin Staff/Officer in a Recruitment Company.
๐ atleast 1 to 2 years experience in a Corporate Work as an ADMIN.
To be assigned in Malate, Manila temporarily for the training and corporate transition. (3-6Months)
Main Office: 12R Eugenio, San Jose City Nueva Ecija.
๐ CORE Job Responsibilities:
๐ Office Operations & Logistics:
Maintaining office systems, managing files, ordering supplies, managing deliveries, and maintaining equipment.
๐ Communication & Support:
Answering phone calls, handling emails, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
๐ Documentation & Data Management: Drafting reports, memos, and emails, along with data entry and maintaining physical/digital filing systems.
๐ Scheduling & Travel Management: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel logistics.
๐ Finance Support: Performing basic bookkeeping, such as processing invoices, managing expense reports, and recording transactions.
๐ Liaison Role:
Acting as a contact point between staff, departments, and external Presonnel.
๐ Office Operations & Logistics:
