To qualify, applicants must:
1. Be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
2. Currently enrolled or accepted in a College program
3. Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.75 or better
4. Have no failing grades in the previous semester
5. Demonstrate financial need (proof of low family income or non-taxpayer status)
6. Be of good moral character (with a certification from the school)
7. Not be a current recipient of any full academic scholarship grant

Applicants must submit both scanned/photocopied and original copies of the following:
๐น Accomplished Application Form (Scan the QR code on the poster)
๐น 2 copies of a recent 2x2 ID photo
๐น Photocopy of School ID
๐น Certificate of Enrollment or Admission
๐น Latest Transcript of Records (TOR)
๐น Certificate of Good Moral Character
๐น Barangay Certificate of Residency
๐น Parentsโ/Guardiansโ Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Indigency
๐น Short Essay (minimum of 300 words): โWhy I Deserve to be a Migoyโs Burger PH Scholarโ
