Today, early this morning my dear brother Nazario Ondevilla Manalo passed away at East Avenue Medical Center. He was a very loving and industrious father of 2 well mannered daughters. As an older brother I was his "kuya" and he had always listened to my teachings. In his younger years, he loved playing basketball with me and Ivan (my other brother) as well. After high school he worked as a waiter and had also helped my parents financially from time to time, and for sure had somehow aided my collegiate studies. As a cab driver he raised his family and tried his best as a provider. After 2 mild strokes he put up a mini sari-sari store for a lesser stressful job. Rest in peace my dear brother, I'm in tears while doing this now but happy that you knew Jesus Christ our true "Kuya and Son of God" and religiously followed Him till your last breath. I love you Naser, I know that my tears and loneliness now can no longer be felt by you, I just hope kanina you were able to hear as I whispered my last instructions and felt my last kiss in your forehead. I sincerely and deeply love you, I know that you felt it in the past as you always do return the feeling by telling me the same.
